Since a young age Oisin has been noted for being single minded and very persistent with what he believes in and has also had a great interest in building groups, quickly!

 

For the last 14 years Oisin has been studying and applying the management system which he now uses with great results.

 

With his first business, a commercial service based business, he grew from a "single man on the tools" to over 20 contractors with a general manager in place and he did this in just over a year. The company grew over ten times in about a year and a half.

 

He then completely systemised and documented the company and sold it, it still continues today and has continued to grow under the new owner.

 

His next venture was in the manufacturing industry and he came on board with an existing company and tripled the sales of that company in less than six months using the same principals now used in the Executive Success Sales Boost program.

 

During these years he constantly consulted and assisted business owners to grow their companies.

 

Now with Executive Success he has taken these systems and experience to help business owners and entrepreneurs everywhere create the expansion and success they intend.

 

Executive Success is also rapidly growing and is now on target for 500% growth this year--all by helping other companies achieve great sales and growth figures. Current clients all boast increasing turnover, sales and profits.
